BDE engages potential IceWarp corporate and public customers to over achieve Annual Contract Value quota and to seamlessly handover the acquired account to Customer Success Manager for broader adoption and demonstration of ongoing value. This function is not responsible for onboarding new customers.
IceWarp's Business Development Executive will attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining audiance and will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that collaboration products and services always exceed expectations and have positive impact on the customer's business.
BDE enjoys number of supportive functions within the Sales and Technology teams to serve as trusted partner when pitching and mapping the market needs to IceWarp value.
Drivers customer acquisition, lead generation, and accurate prospect management
Responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets and use word of mouth intensively
Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process
Developing customized targeted sales strategies
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) following the presentation and demo
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a high quality record in IceWarp’s CRM of prospective client information
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Fluent English or any other major language is the must
Energetic and versatile
Extensive sales experience
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
Ability to identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Superb networking skills preferably with existing foreign network
Excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills
Resourceful and looking for challenges
Comfort working with large enterprise customers and public organizations
Software, cloud, SaaS or ICT technical acumen and Business Acumen is expected
Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
Location preference in Prague
